Production technology

The target of our production technology is efficient mass production of high-quality RFID antennas, based on individual customer needs and designs. Our highly–automated production lines allow us to use materials more efficiently while maintaining high–quality throughput and keeping down unit costs. The heart of our technology is the unique combination of expertise in web-based roll-to-roll production and renowned competence in metallurgy and metals processing.

We focus on producing etched antennas using our customers’ own designs. The production technology is based on state-of-the-art high-speed and high-resolution resist printing, high-capacity aluminium or copper etching, and in the case of HF antennas, printing of the dielectric and bridge on the antenna. The antennas are produced in rolls of varying sizes, and finally slit and cut as specified by the customer. Our production equipment is tailor-made to optimize each link in our production chain.

In addition to fine-tuning the present processes and equipment, we continuously follow the latest technologies and develop our own proprietary technologies.
